They canceled our direct flight at the last hour and turned it into a 14 hour nightmare that involved dumping half the plane in <Phoenix at 130 am, and telling us to just sleep on chairs for the next 8 hours. Their reason - weather at LAX -anyone out there believing that one. This after I paid extra to fly direct on a good carrier . They are turning into a worse than low cost airline,
