Ethiopian Airways review by Patricia 2015-07-05

Our last experience traveling with Ethiopian Airlines was horrible. We were flying from Harare to Madrid- with stop over at Addis and Rome. We left Harare 4 hours late and as a result lost our connection to Rome. In Addis we were squeezed into a plane going to Paris with no explanation whatsoever about how to get to Madrid or our luggage. Once in Paris there was no EA agent to receive us, inform us or guide us through the next steps. Thanks to the professionalism of the airport staff we were routed to Madrid with Air France. However our luggage never arrived (still after 3 days) and with the delay all our travel arrangements were affected ( lost our train to the south of Spain, the car rental etc.). Needless to say the nuisance of having to buy again all your stuff. Now dreading about the return trip. Btw, planes are crowded, space is minimal and the crew really seem to like the PA system (not fun when you are trying to sleep).
