Worst. Airline. Ever. Canceled flights and delays are a fact of air travel. Most passengers are entirely reasonable and understand this, even while they are disappointed about losing a day of vacation, or not making it to a wedding or meeting in time, etc. What makes passengers CRAZY is being constantly lied to by an airline, in 30-minute increments. Being forced to get up at 3 am and present themselves for a "rescheduled flight" that doesn't actually HAVE a confirmed departure time, and won't be given one by the airport until it finds a likely "hole" to squeeze the flight into. Having reasonable requests to be rebooked onto another scheduled flight BY THE SAME AIRLINE in the SAME CLASS flat-out denied when seats are clearly available. It is Fiji Air's tendency to cancel flights, reschedule them, and then repeatedly delay and delay and delay the same flight WHILE NOT GIVING PASSENGERS any real or true information that causes so many people give the airline such poor reviews.
