Have used this airline extensively within the Philippines since 2010. Very efficiently run, minimal arrival, departure airport problems. Usually on time. Easy online booking with credit cards. Membership useful with online bookings. Pay luggage online. Can take some addition items in cabin luggage. Look for Promo flights as are bargain. Most check-in problems avoided by doing as much as possible online. Works well. Fast check in after weigh in. Short flights most times. Much more convenient that ferry. Safer? Many bricks and mortar "shops" everywhere to fix problems. Very polite and efficient. Down side. The price of flights can change with in minutes and always up. Book early as possible. Flight prices don't include a lot of taxes and "extras" that can almost double flight costs. Taking luggage expensive but much cheaper online than airport. Outrageous costs then and they always check! Food, beverage, souvenirs available on flight at reasonable cost.
