Take care of customer….just a platitude. They do not care at all after they take your money. I bought a round trip ticket early in April 2021 to fly in July 2021 fly to the USA. Their website still states that there is no problem to change the tickets until 31 December 2021 BUT… I have been communicating (calls, e-mails) for almost one month and asking to change my round-trip ticket for another date (even though the original date on my ticket is canceled by Turkish). I demand an exact date, but Turkish representatives are delaying by giving me formal answers copy-pasted from their website Now their system is a mess; my ticket overview shows that I still have a valid ticket for a date that Turkish canceled all flights, and I have unconfirmed options for flights for my desired date made by Turkish Airlines that can not be confirmed and Turkish is convincing me to refund me with points or money ??? My demand was as simple as it could be to change my traveling dates for a valid round ticket for an exact date. Trust is important in the business today; Turkish airlines definitively do not deserve it.
