If there was a "0 star" rating i would give it. My flight was delayed and i was not compensated. The support staff was lazy and more interested in gossiping than helping customers with schedule changes. The attendent had not a shred of humility or courtesy, barking at customers to fasten their seat belts without so much as a "please". Seats are tiny and dirty. To AA: Hire service staff that understands what "serving" means. Clean your planes. And offer compensation on ALL DELAYS. Be more like Cathay Pacific.
