LYS to BOM and back, via IST. Boeing 738 between LYS and IST, Airbus A333 between IST and BOM. Turkish Airlines are the cheapest on this route, though the arrival of Emirates in Lyon may have changed that. The cabin of the Boeing 737s used on the EU routes are dowdy and tried looking. Transiting in IST can be a hassle as it is a very crowded airport and there's not much seating available. However, the meals and the crew were great on all four legs. Will recommend them, but they definitely are not Europe's Best Airline, as they claim. One more thing, they are notorious for their delays, so allow for plenty of time between your flights while transiting at IST.
