Economy Class
AWFUL experience with call center Worst customer service ever (I spoke with the supervisor at the Complaints section of Garuda call center regarding GFF). Not only was he poor in his english language, unable to deliver my request and come up with a win-win solution, I think he hung on me halfway through when i was explaining about the issue (but i called back again and got through to him and he gave some excuse about the line got cut etc.).
