My flight from London to AbuDhabi was delayed and reached 15 minutes before the next flight to Kochi. I was not allowed to board that plane and was given a boarding pass for a plane after 13 hours when there were other flights available in between. I asked for a visa, so that i can go out with family, the airline staff said they cannot help, and instead of giving me a hotel, gave me access to a sleeping pod in the airport. Behavior of ground/transfer desk employees were rude and treated travelers as they were refugees. Many other travelers were complaining of same treatment
