Lufthansa review by Peter 2014-08-23

I'm flying frequently between FRA and TLV. Use to fly this route in either 747 or 340/600. Understand that those aircrafts were not profitable - strange, because when I flew many times overbooked and no seats available... anyway, LH uses now 321 type Not much to say - but this is an aircraft good for short flights. Spending 3.5 or even 4 hours in that "box" - fully booked, horrible Service, noisy, people are rying to spread their legs... It is a Feeling like using a full train! LH staff has no chance to react, as the people are standing in the aisle. Using the staff call button is useless, as they are not coming anyway! I wonder - no I fear what will happen, if there is a problem. Fortunately I'm LH Gold - So I have seats in either row 10 or 26 - the only place where sitting is possible. Stopped flying Business, as I'm not paying Business Price for an Eco seat.
