Vueling review by halim 2014-05-17

It was my first time booking with vueling and eventhough i found cheaper flights i took vueling as it was direct and i needed to be for exams and i booked monthes earlier to beat the prices. 3 weeks before the flight they send me a mail that my flight ha cambiado ( which means has been changed ) and the surprise when my girfliend called (because she knows better spanish than me ) changed meant with them it was deleted and the operator her alternatives was or u loose ur money or we refund them and she chose the refund but as i wanted to beat the prices what i wanted a reschedule because the same flight its price became 4 times more !! and when i call to complain about it they say you chose this option and the reality was they cheated to escape their responsability !! and after the call i sent a complain via mail and until now i have never received any answer. They deleted the flight out of nothing, they informed us wrong, they have a very unprofessional service. if you wanna fly choose a better airline Thank you.
