Worse service I had ever experienced in my life. 5 hours delay and no representative can by to explain what is happening and they they just left the passengers waiting restless and frustrated. The thing is that we had to up and down Barcelona airport changing the departure gates because their representatives didn't even know at what time the flight would be available.
