Had an awful experience on Delta a few years ago. I tried to ask the flight attendant a question about filling out a form to enter the US ( i wasnt entering, i was connecting to Canada), she went literaly crazy, i was shocked and have never flown via the US to europe after this even though the flights are cheaper than direct flights. I would talk about the US customs being arrogent meglomaniacs but I guess that isn't Delta's fault...
