B777-300ER. Air India AI111 Delhi- Heathrow. Cabin crew were rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Reading light didn't work, the AVOD didn't work and the footrest was broken. So the cabin was poorly maintained. The toilets were filthy with urine and tissues all over the floor. I reported this to the cabin crew and they ignored my request to clean up the mess. The cabin was strewn with tissues and waste paper. Cabin crew made no attempt to clean it up. The standard of food was poor and cabin crew disappeared as soon as the meal time was over. Very Poor. Avoid this second rate airline at all costs!
