Etihad Airways review by Phillip 2017-02-19

Perth-Madrid return (connecting to Bogota). The overall experience was reasonable though not to the same standard as Qatar or the better Asian carriers. Comfort was reasonable on the 787 leg (PER-AUH) though not as good on the A330 (AUH-MAD). Parts of the Abu Dhabi terminal are extremely overcrowded though this is apparently being addressed soon. The entertainment selection was a bit limited. Food was passable and service was reasonable though I noticed the cabin crew being rather rude to some Korean passengers. Only cups of water are provided - bottles would be better on long haul flights.
