Royal Air Maroc review by Andrea 2015-11-17

I had the worse experience with this company flying from Madrid to Casablanca. The check in superviser was incredibly rude and her behaviour reflected on the Iberia's reputation because it was a joint flight. I travel to Casablanca every month and nobody asked me the return ticket at check in. After i showed her the confirmation e mail of the return ticket she started screaming that she must check it and that it is not that easy to enter Morocco :) i wish morrocan employees would get regular psychological tests because they seem to have many complexes and frustration towards europeans. The fact that they need a visa to enter Europe makes them very angry and they take revenge on speaking bad and causing problemes to foreign costumers. This is unacceptable!!!
