Poor service, flight cancelled without notice or reasons. Ground Staff refused to help me sort out a hotel or taxis and failed to respond to my compensation request despite the fact that they are legaly liable. This company appears to be in its infancy and has not developed essential, operational customer service skills. That being said, flight staff were great, very friendly and food is no worse than you get on other airlines.
