Worst airline. Bar none. In the last few months since travel has resumed I have had the unfortunate experience of flying American several times (I had their credit card). I have yet to have a single one of these 4 trips go anywhere close to plan. Each and every time the flight has changed- and never for the better. This last time was the worst- flight canceled due to mechanical issues- rebooked on a flight 10 hours later and NO offer of any thing. And when I asked SIMPLY to be seated with my husband I was rebuffed. 10 hours. Nothing. I will not fly them again. And will tell everyone I can not to do so. No wonder people are angry at American . I gave the staff the benefit of the doubt - but after this keeps happening- it’s a horrible airline. Period. And no concern for customer service at all.
