Business Class

We are oldies who once again have great difficulty in fighting our way through online flight booking sites, and Scoot where no exception with usual minesites concealed along the way and the invisible prompts which stop you dead in your tracks. After finally booking our business class seats to Hongkong from Perth, my wife rang up to clarify if we had done the right things. Lo and behold we find we have booked economy seats, so in rode our big white knight Mathew who painstakingly went through it with us rebooked our seats meals etc and did a great job removing our stress and despair. The only catch was because we had booked meals, by upgrading to Business class we cant get a credit for those meals, but no probs as they give you a free meal anyway so we are very impessed with the customer service phone line it was excellent. Well done Mathew. We couldnt find anywhere on Scoot ste to send a thanyou note but soemone in Scoot might see this. So we are looking forward to see if the flight carries on with the same standard Mathew has set. Darryl WA.
