Ryanair review by Michelle 2016-10-13

We recently missed out flight to Portugal with another airline due to traffic, the airline weborgially had booked flight with made some initial enquries for us but after a bit advised us to seek advise from another company. We went to the next terminal in Manchester and spoke to a female advisor on the Ryanair information desk. I have nothing but praise for this woman she was very sympathetic and helpful with us, she spent a substantial amount of time making enquries for us and eventually got me, my husband and children flights to our destination. I cannot fault the service I got from Ryanair. The flight itself was also faultless - excellent service.
