On our flight from Glasgow Prestwick to Alicante on Sunday 30th of July we were utterly disgusted by the service we received by a member of staff. When boarding the flight I informed a member of staff that my daughter who I was travelling with had a severe peanut allergy. After announcing to everyone on board that no nuts would be consumed or sold, Nutella was later sold to the passenger behind us. When confronting the member of stuff her attitude towards the situation was appalling as she showed no care or understanding to the situation and simply told us that she knew best and selling nutella wasn't an issue as she had learned this in previous training. Two other passengers on board also consumed nuts during the flight causing my daughter to feel anxious and uneasy.
