Etihad Airways review by Julie 2016-01-14

I had a pretty pleasant experience in flight with Etihad flying Dublin to Nairobi via Abu Dhabi. Nice cabin, friendly staff and half decent food. My baggage was delayed but this can happen and is not the focus of this review. I have sent numerous emails about a routine enough claim over a period of 3 months with no reply. Not even an acknowledgment of my emails. My issue with Etihad is there customer care services. There is, in my opinion, an incredibly poor standard of customer care and it has left me feeling exasperated with their level of unprofessionalism. I would highly recommend people to avoid this airline unless necessary. It's a shame considering my in flight experience was quite positive.
