Etihad Airways review by Frank 2017-07-08

Experienced top class service from this wonderful airline- travelled business class for the first time and loved it-was a minor problem with my meal (am gluten free and no food had been taken on board despite being ordered and confirmed)but it was no problem and a beautiful meal was presented to me with much apologies and reassurance that the next leg would have GF food and indeed it had-looking forward to our return flights and hopefully many more happy Etihad flights/wonderful staff with great attitudes�
