Business Class
American Airlines changed our flight 4 times, we ended up stuck in Phoenix with meal vouchers after everything is closed! We were charged for a hotel and rental car we weren't able to use and lost tickets to an NFL game and ferry ride! They do not care, at all! All I asked for was a refund for my flight. I was told there was no supervisor on duty and no phone number I could call to make a complaint!! Worst airlines ever!!!
