Turkish Airlines review by Vlad 2014-12-17

Had the most horrible experience. I needed to change my return flight which I purchased from Turkish airline website. The website is down constantly, 1-800 number says they can't do anything for you. The final talk " fly to toronto from vancouver to be able to change your ticket date" Can't believe it. Finally I beg one of the call Center person to change my ticket. He did it and didn't reimburse me for flight change difference (around $120 CAD). He said "sorry, I didn't notice it and new ticket has been issued". Never ever fly with Turkish, it absolutely worth paying more for any other airlines.
