NEVER EVER book TAP AIR PORTUGAL. Regarding business class trip booked with Air Portugal from Cph to Las Palmas. Due to late incoming flight to Lisbon, we missed connection flight to LPA. TAP put us on a trip Lisbon-Porto 12.00 and then Porto-Madrid 21.40 in the evening. 20th Dec on Iberia flight to Las Palmas, they refused to book hotel in Madrid. My luggage arrived to out hotel in Gran Canaria 61,5 hours after check in. We went to the TAP counter in Porto. More uninterested people you have to look for. They also refused help us book Hotel and transfer. Finally me and my wife had to book a hotel by ourselves. We arrived at Las Palmas airport almost 24 hours late – and my luggage arrived 2,5 days late. Worst “service” ever when in need. Never on time. 7 days in a row late from Copenhagen to Lisbon! The risk of missing your connection flight is…probably 100%. They don´t care about EU regulation. They don´t want to pay for your extra costs
