I'm 80 years old, needed and booked a wheelchair by TAP. Before landing crew member told me that there would be a wheelchair for me inside the terminal. Passengers are transported by bus to the terminal. But no wheelchair, one person TAP tresport. I asked him, but he told me to go to airport service. Where is this, He did not knew. Good start. Found another member, please madam, where is my wheelchair. Very arrogant she told me that this was not a problem for TAP. Ok, I did asked several others, but only very arrogant and even abusive answers. Is this typical Portuguese or by TAP only. I did had boarding card for my onward flight and made my way to check-in. There was then company ANA, they helped me and service was perfect. But for me, this is not an airline to recommend and for me the last flight with them. I respect people and also want to be respected.
