this airline is the worst airline worldwide! they lost our suitcase on a direct flight from Barcelona to Malaga. they never answer emails nor phone calls. they should be banned! i ve sent more than 20 emails to different employees of the airlines, not a single answer. TO BE AVOIDED ABSOLUTELY
