Qatar Airways review by Grace 2017-04-07

My Husband and I booked a one way ticket from Adelaide, Australia - London, United Kingdom and flew via Doha on the 10. 03. 16. I was initially apprehensive about flying Qatar as there were many negative reveiws, however the price was easily the best and our travel agent assured us that the airline was good. We both really enjoyed out flight from Adelaide to Doha, entertainment was good, food was good, seats were roomy and comfortable and the staff were lovely helpful and accomodating of our needs - I am not sure which aircraft we flew on but it was obviously quite new with good screens and seats. On our flight from Doha to London the staff allowed us to board ahead of our row as I really needed to use the bathroom - I really, really appreciated there understanding! This aircraft felt slightly older, smaller and less maintained however the in-flight entertainment, food and service was just as excellent as the previous flight! We also travelled with an expensive bass guitar, two suitcases and an acoustic guitar. We were permitted to take the acousitc guitar on board which was amamazing and everything else arrived safe and undamaged in London.
