Economy Class

Two broken engines . Broken engines, on two different planes . The pilot actually stated this to the passengers. This caused a four and a half hour delay, that caused me to miss my flight home . What did the airline do to help ? Nothing . In person they told me to call costumer service , and on the phone they stated it was my connecting flight's responsibility to get me home and hung up on me twice . After filing an official complaint (paying 725 in airfare home and 500 in hotels because I got stuck in Denmark- next flight home was in two days ) they have done nothing .
