TAP Portugal review by Barbara 2015-08-05

Just had a horrible experience with TAP, Air Portugal. Flight from Lisbon to Barcelona. It was the smallest Embrair airplane I have ever been on. My husband is 6'3" and he could not stand all the way up in the aisle because it was so small. We were required to turn over our hand luggage at the door of the place because they had no room for it on board. Here I was, sitting on the tarmack, digging through my carry-on to take out my computer before it was put in the hold. When we said something to the stewardess, she just said, all planes fly and fall the same. Fall?! That is what you want to hear from your cabin crew!!!!! I will NEVER fly them again. Next time, I will go with Vueling and just pay them the small amount more that they were asking. I have been flying with TAP since 1980, but NEVER AGAIN!!!!
