Delta Air Lines review by lakisha 2014-12-08

Traveled on delta for the first time Dec 1-7, 2014 from NORFOLK to Stl and back. I traveled all the way to stl with my bag as a carry pn and on my return trip they charged me 25.00 because it didnt LOOK like a carry on bag. My return flight was also delayed for a whole day due to mechanical issues. Leaving me spending the night in Atlanta and not returning home until a whole day later. Missing scheduled appointments and being dropped off at a hotel in the middle of the night without food or transportation. By time we got to the hotel everything was closed so i couldn't eat. Definitely not worth the money or the trouble i went through and the delta airport staff were beyond rude about the situation. Didnt try to get me another flight leaving sooner. They didnt even want to look it up, just told me to wait until the next day. I will NEVER fly delta again. Theyre a rip off and have horrible planes. Apparently theyre always broken down. Trashy airline and airport staff.
