I flew from Singapore to Vietnam with Vietjet once. This flight must be one of the best experiences with low-cost carriers. The process of check-in is quick and smooth, but sometimes you have to wait a little bit cause there are too many customers, it's okay to me. Staff of Vietjet looks charming and friendly. Overall, I appreciate and I wish everyone would try Vietjet if you need a low-cost flight.
