Vueling review by Ace 2015-06-01

I had several flights with this airline in May 2015 We bought our tickets and booked seats 8 months in advance. On all 3 flights, I paid extra for seats which they refer to as economy comfort, and side by side so my wife and I could sit together. On all 3 occasions, the actual aircraft was not the one originally scheduled thus the seating was not the same as was originally planned and my wife and I were seated separately and without the extra leg room the comfort seats here were to include. On the last flight, the boarding took 25 minutes longer than the 30 the airline allows for. This resulted in the flight landing 30 minutes late and inconvenienced the persons picking us up at our destination. Added to that, I received back my checked bag with a hole in it, not the relatively new hardshell suitcase that I had checked in at the airport. Needless to say, I am not a fan and will definitely seek alternatives in the future. The saying, "you get what you pay for applys here" A reasonable fare becomes very unreasonable when you dont get what you pay for or when you have extra cost added on due to negligence.
