Qatar Airways review by Rapeephan 2015-08-22

It was my first time for me to fly Qatar Airway. The cabin crew were friendly and efficient. The aircraft was modern and clean with great in-flight entertainment. Seats were of good comfort in economy with great leg room. The only problem I had with Qatar was the reply for the penalty waiver for changing the flight. I had to do so due to problem with my surgery. It took too long so I could not wait because the flight would be way too expensive if the airline would not give me the waiver. My flight back to NYC, the customer service at BKK airport, Kanchaleeporn was so excellent. She was so kind and helpful. Wijai (Customer service trainer) took me all the way to the office on the 2nd floor because I need to pay for extra luggage. What's an amazing help. Bottom line I choose QR at first because of the best fare at the time. But now I look forward to fly with QR again.
