Turkish Airlines review by Emily 2016-01-09

The trip to Berlin was excellent the staff very friendly the food very good and the entertainment was excellent however when we missed our flight on the way back due to emergencies the men at the sales desk were not helpful at all. They wanted to charge us upwards of 1,000 to rebook for two people. While I know that the price was not something the sales desk could control, their attitude and annoyance at us made our situation a lot worse. Two young girls crying in an airport because of no way to get home and the men at Turkish airlines acted as if we were bothersome to them for asking questions. It was not their fault we missed the flight however I would have appreciated a little more effort to help us. We ended up finding a flight for 600$ cheaper than what they would charge us to rebook.
