We travelled with Vueling from Copenhagen to Florence this summer . Before Take-off Vueling decided to remove all luggage and several passengers from the aircraft due to bad weather and a short landing track in Florence. The luggage was shipped to Barcelona and Vueling gate personnel guaranteed that the luggage would be delivered the day after to our final destination In Italy. We received two bags after three and five days respectively and our last two bags one month (!) after the day of departure. They didn’t notify us when the luggage had arrived in our city but luckily we have a neighbor that works at the airport and could help us find the bags there and bring them home. During this time we had expenses for some clothes and hygienic articles that now Vueling will not compensate. Vueling is by far the worst airline we have ever been in touch with and we have travelled extensively during the last 25 years. They have not sent one apology, information letter, mail or otherwise contacted us with any sort of information about the event. We recommend everyone that reads this to stay as far away from this fraud of an airline as possible and tell everyone they know to do the same.
