Qatar Airways review by Stephen 2017-07-22

We travelled from Perth to London through Doha. Two of the four flights were an hour late, the others were late but just a few minutes. As we were travelling as a family group we had pre-booked the seats two months before the flights. When it come to check-in the pre-booked seats were ignored. We did not sit in our pre-booked seats on any flight. In one flight the family group were completely separated with individual seats in different zones. When we complained Qatar explained they had a different aircraft so seats were reassigned. No consideration for families or groups.
