Etihad Airways review by Feras 2014-03-12

Booked with Etihad from Kuwait to Casablanca via Abu Dhabi and back. Out of four legs, 4 delays. Shortest delay was 20 minutes, longest was 2 hours. Nobody talks to you. Food was the worst on a business class product, we sent it back and didn't eat at all. The quality is terrible. However, its the shortest leg to my destination. The seat on business class is terrible. Lie flat but not comfortable at all.
