Vueling review by Julia 2017-05-28

We booked two flights several months ago to travel from Mancheater to Alicante for long weekends. We received an email to say the flights had been rescheduled to travel from Manchester to Barcelona, Barcelona to Mancheater and vice verse only on the return flights we would arrive a day later. When I called the Bravo site engine I booked with I was informed they would have to send a request to Vueling to see if I could have a refund as the flight changes were not suitable. Vueling said if we wanted to cancel the flights there would be a 20 euro charge per flight. As you can imagine not only have we lost money in paying hotels and car hire in advance, when we looked at other airlines the cost of the flights have increased. I can't express how much stress and disappointment this has caused. We are regular travellers to Europe and we will NEVER book with Vueling again.
