Unless you're as small as the average Filipino teenager I'd pay extra for the seats with extra legroom. Things are OK unless you need to visit the city ticket office in Manila. It's not overly busy and not understaffed but the staff seems to be occupied with things other than customers and it can take hours to get anything done. With the extra legroom seats and everything done online it's a fairly pleasant experience but a budget carrier.
