Vueling is the Worst airline I have ever experienced. I am a travel agent for 5 years and never in my life have I gone throug or heard of anything like this. No price is worth the agony and stress they will put you through if something goes wrong. -27 hour delay in 7 intervals -delayed flight continuously 7 times meaning you couldn't get out of the airport. -no duty of care- did not offer food or drink for the first 15 hours of the delay -left the elderly,disabled and babies stranded at Pisa airport with no information. -no staff at airport (did not even see 1 Vueling staff member) -Poor communication -no one to talk to( open restricted hours and closed on weekends) -0 care factor or responsibility -Generic responses. Who enjoys communicating to a robot? That is exactly what it feels like when you email Vueling. As if the hell they put you through doesn't deserve a proper personalised response. -Vueling make it so difficult to complain in hope that they won't need to compensate and try and get you to give up. I urge you not to! They should not get away with mistreating humans the way they do. We will g as far as a law suit if they don't sort it out!
