Economy Class

Bad service. My bag got ripped off by the airline. I was travelling from Kochi to Pune on 12th August. The customer service girls were least bothered they took the bag photo, made me write a customer complaint and mentioned that someone from their call centre will call me. I did not receive any call for a week. When I called the customer care the complaint was registered. Follow up call was also made by me after 14 days but no one seemed bothered. In the end Amerinder got in touch with me and requested me to send the photo of the ripped bag as they Airport customer service rep did not send any photo. Then I got a call once again saying they will pay me compensation of Rs. 800 for a bag which costed more than Rs. 2500 as it was a branded stroller bag from VIP. The whole procedure took 1 month and 10 days. No wonder why there are other airlines doing better than Spicejet.
