Flying Barcelona - Oslo (11.55 - 15:20), VY8538, on the 04.05.2015. Flight delayed due to bad weather (fog). After approximately 5 hours, we got the news that the flight still are delayed and not cancelled, but we didn't receive anymore information at that time. A little later than 7 hours after initial departure we received a message saying the flight was cancelled. No further information was given. We didn't receive any compensation, accommodation or foodstamps/meal tickets. It took nearly additional 1.5 hours to reclaim and receive our baggage. Incredible bad customer service, no information and a clear violation on European law according to regulation EC no. 261/2004. The article right to care; stating the airlines responsibility to provide meals, refreshments, accommodation, transport and article 14, obligation to inform passengers of their rights was disregarded and broken. Vueling have shown they don't care about their passengers or that they are incompetent in regard of doing so. Shame on you! i think the above doesn't apply when the delay is caused by weather
