On the way to Cancun we had a passenger behind us who was placed in Plus section free of charge as the flight was oversold. This passenger was kicking us in the backs and swearing for four hours. WestJet flight attendants did not do anything. Flight back was delayed. Despite we paid for Plus package no priority check-in (as in the agreement) was provided in Montreal or Cancun. Food was not fresh with bad smell. Looked dangerous and we did not eat. When we pointed to it to flight attendant she just took it from us with no explanations or replacement. TV did not work on either flights. We were waiting for luggage for more than an hour. WestJet is in partnership with BDTravel company that hides the fact that they do not provide any travel services and in fact a re-seller. As a result, we experiences extremely bad service and money loss.
