Horrible experience !!! I was perfect on time leaving my house 4 hours before my flight left would take me about an hour to arrive to the airport a horrible accident happen on the highway I arrived 1 hour 15min before my flight left they told me they just turn off the luggage machine and they would not be able to check me inn I had to pay 225 extra on top of my ticket to reschedule my flight also what really upset me was the way the approach my situation right away they assume I woke up late told me that I should wake up sooner !!!!' Seriously!!!!! have they ever driven accidents happen I will never fly with your airline I own a hair salon I will most definitely tell my clients about my experience !!!
