Economy Class

Canceled flight, no hotel available, no clear information to customers (EZY8117). Flight delayed 2 hours (EZY8118). NO RESPECT AT ALL. Airline staff was totally lost, they didn't know what to do, they just wanted to send us home without explanations. It was late night, some people had to sleep in the airport because easyjet didn't get any hotel for customers. They made us go on board to after inform us that the flight was cancelled. I had a train to catch, but I missed. I had to pay for a second ticket.
