Qatar Airways review by Araz 2017-02-15

Qatar airways staff treated me so badly and unprofessionally. I had an emergency flight from Perth to Doha on the 20 Feb 2016. I arrived about an hour and a half before the scheduled take off time due to car breakdown issue. When I arrived at the airport, Qatar airways staff treated so badly. They scared me that i have missed my flight and gate had closed already. Instead of helping me to make the flight they choose to question me why i arrived late. After all the drama they did, I made it to the flight and there was still a massive line at the gate. No more Qatar airways.
