American Airlines review by ALex

I have never had a WORSE flight experience. Flight was delayed FOUR hours there and back, changed AIRPORTS which caused a unnecessary expensive taxi ride, not given ANY explanation at any point, and were treated like we were inconveniences by the flight crew. The follow up customer service has been even worse, if possible. Not only was I offered a flight voucher for LESS THAN what I paid for, they took A MONTH to respond because you can apparently only get in touch through email. I will NEVER fly American Airlines again and I encourage others to fly literally ANY OTHER AIRLINE.
