HORRIBLE AIRLINE and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I tried to book a ticket online on 7th of July from Singapore to Jakarta. The website showed error after getting my card details.I called the customer service number to check my transaction status. After 20 minuts of long wait, the call got cut. I retired booking and again i got the same error. So i just chucked this airline and booked my ticket with a different airline. After two days I get to know that my account has been charged twice by Garuda Airlines. When i contacted the airlines local office, a lady called Sham attended my call and she is giving me a dumb reply that the flight date is already over and she cannot help with it. On talking to her again and again , she said she will talk about this to her Indonesian counterpart. 3 days since i raised a complaint and she is still giving me the same reply. On reading reviews across the internet, I see that Garuda is having this problem since 2011. Garuda is not caring about fixing this problem , instead it troubles customers more by not having proper customer service too. Horrible airlines and horrible customer service.
